About Katherine Grubiak, RDN
Katherine Grubiak is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in eating disorder recovery and Family-Based Treatment (FBT)-Informed Care. She is an FBT Supervisor & Consultant and Co-Founder & Director of Clinical Training for the Eating Disorder Provider Education Network (EDPEN).
Katherine graduated from the Coordinated Program in Dietetics at The University of Texas at Austin and began her career in public health nutrition in San Diego and Los Angeles, focusing on maternal-child nutrition in underserved communities.
Her multidisciplinary eating disorder work includes clinical leadership roles at UCLA Arthur Ashe Student Health & Wellness Center, collaborations with Dr. Lauren Muhlheim at Eating Disorder Therapy LA, and clinical practice at Optimum Performance Institute. She has also served as Clinical FBT Supervisor for Side By Side Nutrition.
As a master trainer and co-creator of the FBT-Informed Care for Dietitians course through EDRD Pro, Katherine equips clinicians nationwide with practical, compassionate, evidence-based skills to support families through recovery.
